The Renewable Energy Applied Research Unit (URAER-Ghardaïa) attached to the Center for the Development of Renewable Energies (CDER) under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research will organize the 4th International Seminar on New Energies and Renewable (SIENR16). This scientific meeting, which comes after the great success of the three previous seminars (SIENR10, SIENR12, SIENR14) organized in URAER respectively in October 2010, 2012 and 2014, will open up new research perspectives in the field of new energies and renewable. The objective of this Fourth International Seminar on New and Renewable Energies, which will take place at the Renewable Energy Applied Research Unit of Ghardaïa from 24 to 25 October 2016, is to update the progress of the work. research in the field of new and renewable energies. This scientific meeting is intended to be a tradition to encourage exchanges between researchers from different research centers and laboratories in the field of renewable energies on the one hand and industrialists and decision-makers working in this field on the other. The scientific themes selected for this meeting are: photovoltaic and hybrid systems, solar thermal, new energies and energy and environment control. Several professors and Research Directors, both national and foreign, will lead this seminar, which will open up new perspectives. The organizing committee of SIENR16 has received more than 300 articles. After the expertise, the scientific committee has selected a hundred articles for oral presentations and posters. 06 plenary papers presented by national and foreign specialists are also scheduled.

Promote the use of renewable energies on a large scale (photovoltaic power plants).

Encourage the public authorities to subsidize the price of solar kWh as the case of kWh from conventional energy.

The need to strengthen links between the socio-economic sector and research centers to solve the various technical issues related to renewable energies.
